About Me

Growing up in South Florida in a Venezuelan household, I was always around people from various countries and cultures. Amazed by the sense of community and the professional opportunities that speaking both English and Spanish gave me, I chose to dedicate myself to studying another language in college. During my time at Florida Atlantic University, I had the opportunity to study Italian in Florida and in Italy, where I developed a passion for translating and teaching Italian and Spanish.

A born perfectionist, I always deliver timely translations that reflect my focus on precise word choice, proper sentence composition, and maintenance of cultural integrity. Remaining loyal to a writer’s original words while most efficiently communicating their ideas in the target language is a quality I pride myself on possessing.

My blog, Rêverie, is where I publish original short stories and essays inspired by travel, love, and nostalgia. Scroll to the bottom of this page to subscribe to my free newsletter and receive a Rêverie post in your email every Sunday.
